1. How does ZoeFlyDigit.com work?
You upload one photo of yourself, a loved one, or a pet. A human designer reviews the image and then uses Nano Banana Pro to create the artwork. The AI-generated image is then placed on your chosen product (print, canvas, book, or calendar). Some items, like books or calendars, take longer than prints or digital files.

2. How many photos do I need?
Only one photo is required. Make sure it is clear, well-lit, and the subject is facing the camera.

3. Can you combine multiple people or pets into one artwork?
No. Each artwork is based on a single photo only.

4. Can I change the background or style?
No. We have 12 predetermined styles and each comes with a set background. You can choose the style, but not alter the background.

5. How long does it take to get my artwork?

6. What styles do you offer?
We offer 12 curated art styles:

7. Can I use a pet photo?
Yes — we create artworks from pets like cats, dogs, and other animals.

8. Will my artwork look exactly like the preview?
Your artwork will match the chosen style, but results may vary depending on photo clarity, angle, and lighting.

9. Do you offer refunds?
Because every piece is custom-made, refunds are not available once production begins. If there is a technical or printing error, we will replace the item.

10. Can I get the digital file of my artwork?
You will only receive the final digital proof if you choose “Digital Download” as an add-on. Otherwise, the unwatermarked digital artwork is used only for production on our platform and is deleted shortly after production.
